Competitive Skater Incentive Program
January-December 2007

The competitive skater competition incentive program is designed to reward Skating Club of Huntsville (SCH) primary skating members for participation in USFS sanctioned competitions. The following evaluation formula rewards SCH skating members by awarding points for their participation in USFS sanctioned competitions. The basic formula accumulates all points earned by Skating Club of Huntsville skaters (the Point Total) then a Point Value is calculated by dividing the total funds allocated by the Point Total to define a Point Value.

Skaters then receive a subsidy equal to their individual Point Total multiplied by the Point Value.

For Basic Skills members, 1/3 of a point shall be awarded for each eligible competition event. Theater, Dance and Synchronized Teams will receive 1 point for each event. The rewards will be given to the team.
